Message: By far the best property management I've ever dealt with. The office manager is very kind and has been extremely helpful. The building and units are clean and charming. Location is amazing for everything but parking.

Not only are the apartments super cute (big windows, hardwood floors, and some apartments have beautiful brick walls) but the location is great and management here is stellar! They’re very attentive and willing to answer any questions you may have. They really care about the building and their tenants.

Message: I absolutely loved living here. The owners are great and very responsive. Rent was very agreeable especially for the neighborhood especially since you're in walking distance of everything. Apartment was very nice especially after a light renovation before I moved in and lots of closet space. I would definitely recommend living here and would move back if I could.

Message: Great location that's close to a lot of restaurants, shops and not very far from the forest park trails! The rent was very agreeable for the area and for the apartments. They were so lovely and friends who came over always complimented the place. The management is made up of a very nice family as well! The landlady is the absolute sweetest!
