Message: I have visited this park several times over the last 20 years. There are many tenants who take care of their spaces however there are also many tenants who do not take care of their spaces, they do not follow the rules, and in my opinion are not considerate of their neighbors as far as compliying with park rules (safe speed limit, where they're parking, what they allow their kids to do and what they allow their pets to do, etc. ). Over the years it seems to have improved as seemingly unsavory tenants have either moved or been evicted. As the non compliant tenants are weeded out unfortunately through legal measures it seems like more and more people are moving in that are actually considerate, good tenants.
